Really sad not to see a vote or review here, this is well put together! I really enjoyed it start to finish. Nice choice of synths and drums. I can tell you put a lot of effort into this, keep it up!! :)

Thanks for the feedback man. Appreciate the good words, although this was a one-night project lol (I did sink the whole night into it regardless).

Wow, thanks so much for the treat! :3 Really liked the vibe you brought, super spooky! Love it! :)

Good stuff, mate!!

Hope you been good!! It's been a LONG time since we skyped and stuff, hahaha! Super glad you're still making music!

Hey! You're right about that - Skype days feel like another life ago... talk about a blast from the past. Hope you're doing well Detious and thanks for dropping a review :))

Super refreshing. Love the drums and mixing man! Melodies are there, bass and sound design is there. I love the guitar behind a lot of the basses (not sure if it's a synth or not) but it gives those moments some nice depth.

Second drop goes pretty hard ngl. Good shit!

And I promise I didn't forget about our track lol

Wow, that’s nice! Great mixing and bass!

Nice.
Punchy drums, funky, its got flow.

I LOVE the distortion and pitch modulation throughout. I almost want some really grimy analog basses in there. Maybe a saw or deep, distorted square.

The jungle breaks at 2 minutes was a little too loud but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Very enjoyable track. I wish there were a proper outro but eh, whatevs. :P

Reviewing as I listen...

My initially thought. Bass came in heavy, as well as the main synth throughout.
I like the choice of sounds/synths, I wish the first 30 seconds had a slower build.

The flow and transitions of the first 2 minutes are nice. The kick is present and the snare fits. I wasn't a huge fan of the basses from 2:00 to 2:30. I think some more sidechain compression on those synths would do good.

At this point I'm looking for more variation with the piano and the main synth but it isn't getting too repetitive. The vocals and square synth do add more depth to the main "chorus" of the track.

My favorite part so far is everything at 4:40. I almost wish THIS was how the song started. It has great tension and buildup. I also think it could work as full on drum n' bass. If you'd like. I very much enjoy this section. The mix of DnB breaks with the acid synths and dark melody mesh well.

The outro was dramatic and tense as it should be. As I said your transitions are well made and your breaks and transitions were well timed.

Overall, well done!

My biggest concern was the compression, slight receptiveness of your main motif, wish was a minor drawback and the choice of drums. (I'm a hard ass about drums.) I would recommend getting any of your drums from Black Octopus dot com!
